By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email address, phone number, street address, or any other private information. This is information will be protected by all discretionary means currently utilized by KRM Kidsrockinmom Inc. and affiliated programs to insure safe keeping of the registrant data, however, in the event that this data is breached in anyway, all visitors, users, subscribers, members, or registrants agree to waive all legal action and or law suites and agree to not hold KRM Kidsrockinmom Inc. accountable.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription, membership basis (“Subscription(s), Memebrship(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time during your membership, however, you must do so within 15 days of membership renewal. If you fail to cancel your membership prior to the 15 day advance notice period, you will be billed for the next month and your cancellation will occur the following month. You may cancel at any time by logging in to your membership account page and cancelling your monthly subscription.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the safe keeping of all log in, password, and subsequent exclusive rights data provided. You are not authorized to share the links for Live Online Bootcamps with any other individual or persons. Failure to comply with this restriction can and will result in immediate cancellation of your membership and restriction from all future memberships.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by KRM Kidsrockinmom Inc.- www.kidsrockinmom.com as Such we have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that KRM Kidsrockinmom Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
