- Workouts are conducted every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:15pm
- Your Active Membership includes 24/7 access to our private gym, so you have the option to get in workouts on your own time!
- You can access and view the workout sessions live online from Any Smart Phone, Computer, or Smart TV (connected to internet).
- Never Miss A Workout – If you happen to miss a live training session, you will be granted real time on demand access to that days workout, in your email, to view at any time during your Active Membership.
